**What you can do with us**:

- Contribute to PAIR's growth and expansion journey to Spain
- Efficient processing of files and maintenance of CRM systems.
- Close cooperation with colleagues in the team as well as with other departments.
- Collecting feedback from clients and consumers and thus supporting the improvement of technology and services.

**What you should bring for it**:

- Excellent knowledge of Spanish and very good knowledge of English and/or German
- Successfully completed commercial or service-oriented professional training
- Initial experience in B2C customer service via phone, ideally in the FinTech industry; experience in the debt collection industry is a plus
- Good MS Office skills and interest in various technologies
