- What we do
- This newly created role for The Trade Desk in Germany will support the early identification of talent for upcoming Commercial roles and partner with Recruiters on existing live roles. To support the upcoming demand to grow across all teams within Germany, we’re looking for someone who can help us understand the relevant talent for our commercial teams in the region. With the full support of our Commercial leadership team, we’re looking to invest time in engaging passive talent through practical and creative sourcing strategies.
- This role is ideally based out of either our Hamburg or Munich offices, though we operate a flexible work environment.

What you’ll do- Partner closely with Recruiters to deeply understand the requirements of the role, team and how it fits together within the wider organisation-
- Provide innovative and scalable sourcing solutions to help drive a pipeline of talent to meet our hiring needs- Be an active part on our global Sourcing community, partnering with other Sourcers to share best practice and develop new ways of doing things.- Who you are- Ideally 3yrs+ experience recruiting and/or sourcing for go-to-market roles-
- Experienced Recruiter/Sourcer who acts as a talent advisor with an active voice across the EMEA TA team-
- Love for helping inform the best recruitment practices-
- Excited about the opportunity to partner with leaders at all levels of the business-
- Good business acumen to quickly develop an understanding of a variety of business groups and how their work impacts our various teamsThorough approach to your work and in creating highly targeted pipelines of talent-
- Proposing ideas for Employer Branding campaigns & messaging which aligns with our culture and strategy-
- Keeping up with current and possible future industry changes and updates, understands how these developments impact TTD’s strategy.- #LI-MO1
