**(Junior) UI/UX Designer**:
Design with heart brand identities and outstanding experiences.

**Your Role and Responsibility**
- You develop holistic UI/UX concepts / projects for our customers.
- You understand user requirements.
- You create sketches, illustrations and iconic ideas.
- You create clear, brilliant and pixel perfect visual designs.
- You conceptualize information architectures and interaction models.
- You design high-quality and intuitive UI for a wide range of devices such as tools and machines with displays, mobile devices and desktop computers.
- You create digital prototypes (click dummies) for evaluation purposes.
- You perform usability tests.
- You work closely with external SW developers, product managers and other stakeholders.
- You support internal tasks such as business development as well as the further development of the Munich location.

**Required Technical & Professional Expertise**
- You already have some experience in user-centered product development - ideally in the environment of technical industrial goods or in medical technology.
- You have a degree in user experience design, design thinking, interaction design or a related field.
- You have first experiences in project management, have good presentation skills and can explain complex topics in an understandable way.
- You enjoy planning, conducting and evaluating formative and summative evaluations.
- You have the ability to integrate UX methods and design thinking approaches into existing development processes.
- You have a good eye for aesthetics and attention to detail in visual design.
- You have the ability to balance design, innovation and usability.
- You have basic knowledge of software development processes.
- You think and act entrepreneurially and are very interested in developing new markets and topics together with us.
- You are a strong team player and open-minded towards new tasks and approaches.
