**Expected experience/skills are as given below**:

- Sufficient fluency in the **German language
- C1** or equivalent (Must have)
- 5+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master in SAP projects ( Must have)
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification or equivalent (Must have)
- Strong understanding of Agile Methodologies and Scrum framework.
- Ability to facilitate meetings effectively and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and mentoring skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify and address obstacles.
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders.
- Facilitate daily Scrum meetings, Sprint planning meetings, Sprint review meetings, and Sprint retrospective meetings.
- Ensure that the team is following Agile development processes and Scrum framework.
- Work with the Product Owner to manage the product backlog, ensuring that it is prioritized and refined regularly.
- Remove any obstacles that may prevent the team from delivering the sprint goals and objectives.
- Coach and mentor team members on Agile methodologies and best practices.
- Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders, ensuring that everyone is kept up to date on the status of the project.
- Continuously monitor team performance and provide feedback to help them improve their performance.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement within the team.
- Identify and escalate any issues or risks to the appropriate stakeholders.

**Experience**:

- Scrum master: 6 years (preferred)
- SAP: 6 years (preferred)
- Agile development: 6 years (preferred)
