**CFO BU PT (M/F/d)**:
As CFO of the Power Transformers business unit at SGB-SMIT Group, you will be responsible for financial planning, analysis and control to ensure that the business unit achieves its financial targets.

**Your tasks**:

- Creation of detailed financial plans and budgets
- Regular review of financial performance and implementation of variance analysis
- Development and implementation of growth strategies to drive business growth
- Monitoring accounting operations and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Preparation of financial reports and forecasts for management
- Optimizing cost structures and increasing efficiency
- Managing capital projects and capital management
- Working with external auditors and tax advisors
- Harmonizing financial reporting, cost accounting and management planning
- Active participation and definition of the BU-PT conditions within the BPO project
- Risk management and implementation of internal control systems
- Support with mergers and acquisitions
- Management and development of the finance team

**What you bring**:

- Degree in business administration, finance or a related field.
- Several years of professional experience in a senior finance position, ideally as CFO or in a comparable position.
- Extensive knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices.
- Strong knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
- Experience in working with financial management software (e.g. SAP).
- Strong strategic and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 20%
