Gemeinsam mit dem Kunden deckst du Schwachstellen in Prozessen und Applikationen auf und identifizierst digitale Verbesserungspotenziale. Davon ausgehend konzipierst du in Abstimmung mit unseren Digitalisierungsexperten ein wettbewerbsfähiges Lösungspaket, welches bezüglich Funktionalität und Preis die Erwartungen des Kunden trifft. In deiner Verantwortung liegt die ganzheitliche Begleitung des Kunden vom Erstkontakt über den Vertragsabschluss, die Leistungserbringung bis hin zur laufenden Kundenbetreuung mit Identifikation neuer Vertriebschancen.

**Herausfordernde Aufgaben erwarten dich**:

- Als Sales Development Specialist repräsentierst du PROMATIS nach außen und bist kompetente und zentrale Anlaufstelle unserer Kunden und des strategischen Partners Oracle®. Die eigenständige Recherche und Direktansprache neuer potentieller Kunden bereitet dir Freude und du bist für den Erstkontakt via Telefon und sozialen Netzwerken verantwortlich.
- Du unterstützt selbständig und professionell die Sales Consultants beim Ausbau ihrer Geschäftsregionen und bereiten die gewonnenen Informationen sorgfältig in Präsentationen oder Angeboten auf.
- Du kannst sicher mit leistungsfähigen Softwaresystemen für Vertrieb und Marketing umgehen und pflegst unsere Kundenstammdaten.
- Alle kaufmännischen Tätigkeiten entlang des gesamten Vertriebsprozesses und die Unterstützung der Vertriebsleitung in sämtlichen Assistenzaufgaben gehören in deinen Zuständigkeitsbereich.

**Du bringst mit**:

- Kaufmännische Berufsausbildung oder ein Studium mit betriebswirtschaftlichem Hintergrund und erste Berufserfahrung
- Sehr gute MS Office-Anwenderkenntnisse
- Sichere Ausdrucksfähigkeit in deutscher Sprache in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
- Überdurchschnittliche Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Kundenorientierung
- Verantwortungsbewusste und selbständige Arbeitsweise
- Organisationstalent, hohes Engagement und eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe
