VIVERE was founded in 2018 with the vision to disrupt the consumer goods industry. We are a data-driven incubation platform for next generation consumer products and brands. We have launched more than 10 brands and 250 products in 16 markets across several categories including lifestyle, beauty, wellness, pet, and garden care. VIVERE operates a vertically integrated setup with in-house marketing, design, research and development, production, supply chain, and digital sales functions. We sell through Amazon, our own e-commerce, and 3rd-party retailers. VIVERE also serves as an end-to-end incubator for well-known artists and influencers who want to build their own brands.

For our Hamburg office we are looking for a Head of Procurement (f/m/x).

Reporting directly into the Director Supply Chain Management, as the Head of Procurement, you will be collaborating with an international team to develop and continuously improve world-class cosmetics and next generation consumer products.

Tasks
- Define roadmap to become preeminent consumer goods procurement function
- Lead purchasing of chemicals, packaging, and labels for our in-house production of consumer products as well as of sourced finished goods
- Develop pool of strategic suppliers and manage relationship with top accounts
- Ensure smooth and efficient contribution in new product development process - for in-house as well as outsourced production
- Establish state-of-the-art procurement tools (planning) and systems (ERP: Odoo)
- Establish methods to optimize supply flexibility and working capital
- Manage and develop team of 5 procurement professionals (team size growing)
- Ensure continuous improvements regarding cost, quality, lead time KPIs

**Requirements**:

- Strong academic performance in business economics or other relevant studies
- Ideally 5+ years of work experience in procurement at leading companies
- Passion for procurement topics, and working in vibrant start-up culture
- Strong leadership skills, and willingness to take responsibility from day one
- Affinity with consumer product development and operations processes
- Excellent analytics, project, and supplier relationship management skills
- Proficient in English and German
