**Was du mitbringst**:

- Umfassende Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position in der Healthcare
- oder Agenturbranche
- Klares Verständnis der Healthcare-Branche und ihrer regulatorischen Anforderungen
- Erfahrung in der Führung von integrierten Projekten, idealerweise in den Bereichen Fachkommunikation und PR
- Hervorragende Fähigkeiten im Kund:innenmanagement sowie ausgeprägte Projektmanagement-Skills
- Führungserfahrung und die Fähigkeit, interdisziplinäre Teams zu motivieren und zu leiten
- Kommunikationsstärke, sowohl in Deutsch als auch in Englisch
- Ausgeprägte strategische Denkweise und die Fähigkeit, kreative Lösungen zu entwickeln und umzusetzen

**Was dich erwartet**:

- Strategische Beratung von Healthcare-Kund:innen in allen Fragen der Fachkommunikation und PR
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung integrierter Kommunikations
- und Marketingstrategien
- Sicherstellung der Projektabwicklung unter Berücksichtigung von Zeit
- und Budgetvorgaben
- Führung und Koordination von interdisziplinären Teams
- Pflege und Ausbau von Kund:innenbeziehungen, insbesondere in den Bereichen Pharma, Medizintechnik und Biotechnologie
- Verantwortung für die Qualitätssicherung und das Monitoring der KPIs
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung zur strategischen Weiterentwicklung der Kund:innenportfolios
