Aufgaben
- Die Bearbeitung und Überwachung von Buchhaltungen u.a. Kontieren, Buchen von Debitoren, Kreditoren, Kassen, Banken sowie Abstimmung der Debitoren-, Kreditoren-, Sachkonten
- Durchführung und Überwachung des Zahlungsverkehrs
- Ansprechpartner und Verantwortlicher für die einzelnen Buchungskreise
- Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von Prozessen
- Kostenkontrolle
- Pflege des Anlagevermögens
- Erstellung der Kostenrechnung
- Erstellung und Überwachung des Budgets und Forecasts
- Jahresabschluss
- Überwachung der Lohn
- und Gehaltsbuchhaltung mit allen damit zusammenhängenden Arbeiten des Personalwesens
- Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Teams der Lohn und Finanzabteilung
- Recruiting, Einstellung und Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeiter

Qualifikation
- Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Steuerfachangestellter oder im Bereich Finanz
- & Lohnbuchhaltung
- Eine Weiterbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter, Hotelbetriebswirt oder Studium im Bereich Finanzen wünschenswert
- Fundierte Berufserfahrung im gewünschten Bereich
- Eine eigenständige, präzise und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Ausgeprägte Zahlenaffinität, analytisches Denkvermögen und strategische Handlungsweise
- Teamorientierung und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Leistungsbereitschaft und Belastbarkeit
- Zuverlässigkeit und hohe Vertrauenswürdigkeit
- Führungskompetenz
- Fundierte Kenntnisse des Steuerrechts (Lohn-/Einkommen-/Umsatzsteuerrecht)
- Fundierte Kenntnisse des Sozialversicherungsrechts
- Kenntnisse des Arbeitsrechts und des Handelsrechts
- Sehr gute MS Office-Kenntnisse sowie Erfahrungen im Umgang mit DATEV/DATEV-DMS/ELO
