Construction Supervisor

**We are seeking a hands-on Supervisor to support the day-to-day operations of our Earthing & Lightning Protection projects in Frankfurt.**

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys practical, tools-focused work with less emphasis on team management.

**What You’ll Do**
- Carry out hands-on site and maintenance tasks
- Assist with work plans, schedules, and on-site coordination
- Conduct routine inspections and maintain high work standards
- Collaborate with Project Managers and clients to resolve issues
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations

**What You Bring**
- 2+ years' experience in construction or a similar role
- Strong practical/technical ability and work ethic
- Electrical background helpful but not required
- Comfortable working in tough site environments
- English required (German an advantage)
