Site Manager – Data Centre Construction Frankfurt, Germany ~€80,000 DOE + €14,000p.a. allowance + accommodation Blue Fox Consult is partnering with a leading Tier-1 contractor delivering complex, mission-critical projects across Europe. We are seeking an experienced Site Manager with strong mechanical expertise to support a major data centre build in Frankfurt. The Role As Site Manager, you will take ownership of day-to-day site operations, ensuring the mechanical package and wider construction activities are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest technical standards. You’ll work closely with project leadership, subcontractors, and client representatives to keep this fast-paced project moving. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily site activities across mechanical and general construction scopes Coordinate subcontractors and ensure work packages are delivered on schedule Manage site logistics, materials, and workforce planning Drive safety, quality control, and compliance across all works Resolve technical issues in real time, particularly within mechanical systems Support commissioning activities and handover documentation Report progress to the Project Manager and senior leadership teams You’ll Bring 5+ years' experience in data centre , mission-critical, or large-scale MEP-heavy construction Strong background in mechanical systems (HVAC, chilled water, critical cooling, pipework, etc.) Proven experience managing subcontractors and high-value work packages Excellent understanding of safety standards and European construction regulations Ability to thrive in a high-performance, fast-paced project environment Fluent English (German an advantage, not essential) Package €80,000 DOE + allowances & accommodation Long-term project pipeline across Europe Opportunity to work with one of the sector’s most respected contractors Clear progression pathways within mission-critical construction
