**Your mission as a Working Student Content & Community Management - Spanish Speaking**

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented **Working Student Content & Community Management - Spanish Speaking (M/F/d)** to join our Panel Operations department at Appinio. As a working student, you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience in managing our online and mobile market research panel.

You will be responsible for ensuring the engagement and satisfaction of our (Spanish) panel users, supporting new user acquisition, maintaining the quality of the panel, and providing valuable insights to our development and marketing teams.

**What you'll be doing**
- Content Creation: Creating engaging and interactive polls for our (Spanish) panel users to maximize user engagement and participation.
- Panel Quality Management: Monitoring and analyzing the quality of our panel community to ensure that it meets our high standards. Identifying and rectifying any issues or concerns regarding user activity or data.
- Data Analysis: Assisting the Director of Panel Operations in analyzing app usage data to provide valuable insights to our development and marketing teams. Generating reports and presenting findings to the C-level executives.

**You will thrive in this role if**
- You are a native Spanish speaker
- You are fluent in English (spoken and written) as all communication with users and team members will be conducted in English
- You are currently enrolled as a student in the field of Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or similar fields
- You are reliable, independent, and a team player
- You are comfortable with basic data management using Excel
- You have a feeling for languages, good expression, and outstanding communication skills
