- We offer an **18-months** traineeship with insights into our **CFO units**:

- **Group Finance** - our teams steer the financial backbone of our bank and work as partner for all segments of the bank
- **Group Investor Relations** - our teams lead our capital market communication, which gives you deep insights into the bank’s business model
- **Group Tax** - our teams treat all tax matters and are involved in all major projects
- **Group Treasury** - our teams steer the bank’s financial resources and manage liquidity and interest risks arising from customer business
- Together we will shape your **individual roadmap - assignment abroad possible**
- You will get the opportunity to visit several units, and we decide together on your individual path
- You will be able to set a focus: by selecting a home turf you will be well-prepared for your next position within the bank after your traineeship
- Work assignment abroad is possible, and many German teams work in international context
- We guarantee a **permanent position** to you after the trainee programme
- **Mentorship** will be a central part of your traineeship:

- An experienced mentor will be at your side to support your development
- A buddy (typically young or young-at-heart colleague) will help you particularly during your onboarding but also beyond
- Each station’s team will be more than happy to support you on your journey and help you learn quickly
- You will become a **member of our networks**
- Our trainee network allows relationships throughout the institution
- Within workshops, knowledge sharing sessions, and CFO-Insights you see topics beyond your daily job

**Your profile**:

- We look for people who are curious, creative, and enthusiastic
- You are a team player, and it is easy for you to work in diverse teams
- You are a quick learner, you like to think outside the box, and you are generally interested in topics such as banking, capital markets, and financial steering - then you perfectly add on to our teams
- As a university graduate, you proved your strong analytical mindset with good grades. Previous working experiences, such as internships in financial institutions or with a financial context, are beneficial - but if you lack these you just need to convince us that you still are a good fit
- You are keen to develop ideas into solutions which demonstrates your entrepreneurial mindset
- You are able convey your messages and can convince others of your ideas thanks to your good presentation and communication skills
- Fluent English and German is required since you will work in global teams
