**Your tasks**:
Have you ever thought about becoming a CFO? Our CFO trainee programme In Commerzbank AG might be the perfect start on this path for you. Any other company, apart from a listed bank, hardly gives you a deeper and more comprehensive view of financial management. Therefore, gain insights into several areas and become part of a unique network by joining us.

We offer an **18-months** traineeship with insights into the following **CFO units.**
- ** Group Finance** - our teams steer the financial backbone of our bank and work as partner for all segments of the bank
- **Group Investor Relations** - our teams lead our capital market communication, which gives you deep insights into the bank’s business model
- **Group Tax** - our teams treat all tax matters and are involved in all major projects
- **Group Treasury** - our teams steer the bank’s financial resources and manage liquidity and interest risks arising from customer business

Together we will develop a plan that fits you - international deployments are possible. By jointly choosing and aligning your individual focus, you can optimally prepare for your future position in the CFO area and actively contribute to future issues of the bank. Continuous improvement is a central pillar of Commerzbank's strategy and is essential to providing our customers with the best products and services. That's why we give you the opportunity to take on responsibility and prove your potential at an early stage. The topics are diverse: from digitization initiatives to market and peer analyses to participation in capital market topics, as well as preparation of investor talks and capital market conferences.

**Your profile**:

- Successfully completed studies
- Rapid understanding, curiosity and a general interest in issues related to banks, capital markets and financial management
- Networked, analytical and entrepreneurial thinking
- Actively & encouragingly driving ideas
- Enjoy developing solutions - also together with the (international) team
- Presentation and communication skills in German and English
- Experience through internships in financial institutions or in the CFO area (or better still, convince us with alternative arguments)
