Rama, Becel, Lätta) ist und den Trend der pflanzenbasierten Nahrung weltweit anführt**

**Über die Position**
- Du unterstützt unser Personal & Organization-Team und erhältst dabei Insights in unterschiedliche HR-Themen.
- Du wirkst mit bei der Entgeltabrechnung mit HR-Systemen & bei Automatisierungsprojekten.
- Neben operativen Tätigkeiten, wie z.B. der Erstellung von personalrelevanten Schreiben, Präsentationen und Arbeitszeugnissen, übernimmst du Sonder
- und Projektaufgaben.
- Du behältst HR-Trends im Blick & beurteilst, inwiefern diese für uns relevant sind und bringst deine gesammelten Ideen und Erkenntnisse mit ein.

**Was benötigst du, um in dieser Rolle erfolgreich zu sein?**
- Du befindest dich im Studium BWL, Personalwirtschaft, Wirtschaftspsychologie, Jura, Wirtschaftsrecht oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
- Du bist 15 bis 20 Wochenstunden verfügbar
- Du konntest bestenfalls bereits erste praktische Erfahrungen in der Personalarbeit sammeln
- Du besitzt eine selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
- Du überzeugst mit hoher Motivation, Eigeninitiative und einer schnellen Auffassungsgabe
- Microsoft Office ist dir nicht fremd
- Du sprichst und schreibst fließend Englisch und Deutsch

Wir freuen uns, deine Bewerbung vor dem 02. April** **in Empfang zu nehmen. Der erste Teil des Bewerbungsprozesses wird per Video-Interview mit mir, Felix Cheison am 03. & 04. April sein. Am 08. & 09. April wird das zweite Vorstellungsgespräch stattfinden und dann 3 Tage später das finale Gespräch. Daraufhin wird eine weitere Runde stattfinden. Ich freue mich auf deine Bewerbung
