Für unser Hamburger Office suchen wir ab sofort Dich als **Working Student People & Organization (m/w/d)**.

**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Du übernimmst Verantwortung für Vakanzen im Werkstudentenbereich und kleineren Positionen - von der Stellenschaltung bis zur Terminorganisation
- Du begleitest neue Teammitglieder beim On
- und Offboarding und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Start oder Abschied
- Du kümmerst dich um Vertragsdokumente, Zeugnisse und Mitarbeiterdaten und unterstützt bei der Payroll für Stundenkräfte
- Du arbeitest an spannenden HR-Projekten mit und hast die Chance, eigene Themen von der Idee bis zur Umsetzung mitzugestalten
- Du recherchierst aktuelle HR-Trends und unterstützt bei der Auswertung relevanter KPIs, um unsere Arbeit noch besser zu machen

**Dein Profil**:

- Du bist eingeschriebener Bachelor
- oder Masterstudent - idealerweise mit ersten Erfahrungen im Personalmanagement oder großem Interesse an HR-Themen und bringst min. 6 Monate Zeit mit
- Du kannst uns während des Semesters min. 15 Stunden pro Woche unterstützen
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, zuverlässig und mit einem hohen Qualitätsanspruch
- Du bist kommunikativ, proaktiv und ein echter Teamplayer
- Du beherrschst MS Office sicher und bist sowohl in Deutsch als auch Englisch in Wort und Schrift fit
