Planung und Durchführung der termingerechten Freigabeprüfung von Packmitteln in Abstimmung mit Supply Chain
- Durchführung von Sonderanalysen im Rahmen von Packmittelfehlern
- Kommunikation mit Lieferanten bei nicht konformer Packmittellieferung nach Artikelspezifikation
- Etablierung und Ausarbeitung von Testmethoden auf Basis eigener Packmittelprüferfahrungen und daraus folgend Berechnen und Auswerten von Versuchsergebnissen
- GMP-gerechte Dokumentation von Analyseergebnissen
- Erstellung und Pflege von Prüfmittel-Logbüchern sowie Qualifizierungsdokumenten
- Implementierung und Anwendung diverser Standard-Software, wie Textverarbeitung,Tabellenkalkulation und Text-Vergleichs-Systeme
- Planung und Durchführung der Prüfmittel-Überwachung (Kalibrierung, Wartung, Änderungs-Kontrolle) gemäß Geräte-SOP und Bearbeitung von Abweichungen
- Abgeschlossene naturwissenschaftliche oder technische Berufsausbildung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im GMP-Umfeld oder der analytischen Qualitätskontrolle und im Umfeld von Packmitteln wünschenswert
- Gutes technisches Verständnis
- Erfahrungen im Umgang mit MS-Office Programmen, SAP und elektronischen QM - Systemen
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
