**A day in a life of a Front End Innovation Intern**

During your internship, you will be working independently on:

- Conducting desk research to scout for consumer & market trends and new product innovations
- Supporting the design of digital experiments to test new product ideas; managing and documenting experiment results to provide relevant insights for decision making
- Building and maintaining a digital product idea database
- Setting up and supporting the facilitation of ideation workshops with live experiences (creating and printing workshop materials, collecting samples and co-facilitating workshops)
- Assisting in integrating AI and digital tools into the ideation process (e.g., improving AI frameworks for innovation)

**Our requirements**:

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree on Innovation Management, Entrepreneurship, Business or similar
- An intrinsic enthusiasm and open mindedness for innovation
- Excellent user of digital tools & systems with basic experience on digital marketing
- Good knowledge of innovation and design thinking methodologies
- Able to work in a multi-cultural and cross-functional team environment
- Proactive, collaborative and result focused
- Fluent in English (written and spoken), German is a plus
