**THE ROLE & THE TEAM**

As a Creative Production Coordinator at Zalando Studios, you will play an important role in the smooth execution of creative production projects, including photo and video shoots. This role involves a combination of organizational skills, communication and hands-on coordination to ensure that everything runs efficiently, both in the studio and on location.

The Creative Production Coordinator is the key function in the production process, bringing teams together, ensuring efficient execution and assisting.

**WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)**:

- You will be responsible for organizing and managing our daily production and small to mid-sized projects from start to finish. This includes everything from pre-production planning, scheduling, budgeting, to post-production follow-up
- you'll ensure that communication flows seamlessly and that everyone is aligned with the project's goals, timeline, and needs
- During photo and video shoots, you’ll be on location to ensure everything runs smoothly. You'll help manage the logistics, make sure the crew has everything they need, and ensure that any issues are addressed quickly and efficiently.
- You’ll work closely with art directors, photographers, videographers, stylists, and other key personnel to ensure that the creative vision for each shoot is executed effectively, while keeping things on schedule.
- You will help foster a positive, collaborative atmosphere by offering support to all team members, encouraging teamwork, and ensuring that everyone feels informed and motivated.

**WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF**:

- Proactive Multi-tasking & Prioritization: You will manage multiple projects simultaneously, proactively identifying tasks and deadlines, ensuring that everything stays on track. Your ability to stay organized, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing circumstances will be essential as you oversee production workflows across various teams and departments.
- Strong Communicator: Clear, concise communication is key to keeping everyone aligned and ensuring the production goes smoothly.
- Flexible and Adaptable: Each project may present unique challenges, and your ability to think on your feet will be critical.
- Team Player with a Positive Attitude: You will have a direct impact on the morale of the team and need to ensure that the work environment remains positive, efficient, and collaborative.
- A valid German Driver’s License is required, and you must be comfortable driving large vehicles. Physical prep work for shoots will also be part of the role, requiring you to be active and hands-on during certain production stages.
- Experience in cost calculation, budgeting, or financial planning for productions would be an added advantage
- German language skills are helpful but not mandatory
