JOB TITLE: COMBATANT COMMAND COORDINATOR
Location: USEUCOM
**Position contingent upon award**

SkyBridge Tactical is sourcing highly qualified Combatant Command (CCMD) Coordinators, to be embedded at each of the following commands: United States European Command (USEUCOM), United States Africa Command (USAFRICOM), United States Central Command (USCENTCOM), United States Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM), United States Indo-Pacific Command (USINDOPACOM) and United States Northern Command (USNORTHCOM).This project will provide a broad range of assessment, monitoring, and evaluation (AM&E) support to DSCA. Project tasks will include desk and field research, analysis, data collection and visualization, strategy development, policy writing and coordination, distribution list management, AM&E capacity building, event organizing and facilitation, and administrative backstopping.
**Responsibilities**
The CCMD Coordinator will support the programmatic goals of this Task Order to provide a broad range of support, including but not limited to desk and field research, analysis, data collection and visualization, strategy development, policy writing and coordination, assessment, monitoring and evaluation (AM&E) capacity building, event facilitation, and administrative backstopping to meet current and evolving security cooperation AM&E requirements.
**Qualifications**
- 5 or more years of experience as a military officer or civilian in the security sector for a department, agency or bureau of the U.S. government, to include experience and knowledge of defense policy and operations.
- 5 years of experience developing assessment and evaluation strategies; designing tools for data collection such as survey instruments, data collection and reporting tools, analyzing the resultant data using quantitative and qualitative methods.
- 10 or more years of executive-level management experience, leading multidisciplined teams of analysts, and other personnel.
- Secret clearance

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Five (5) years of experience and knowledge of public policy and operations.
- A Master’s degree (or higher) and formal training or education in the field of assessment, monitoring, and evaluation.
- Ten (10) years of experience developing assessment and evaluation strategies; designing tools for data collection such as survey instruments, data collection and reporting tools, and analyzing the resultant data using quantitative and qualitative methods.
- Familiarity with finding efficient approaches to covering contractor staff under Article 72 of the Supplementary Agreement to the NATO status of forces agreement upon contract award. (Pertains to work at the headquarters for
- USEUCOM and USAFRICOM); or
- Five (5) years of experience producing written reports and developing platforms to present monitoring data such as dashboards or other updateable graphic presentations of data, and conducting, analyzing, presenting and incorporating program and activity evaluations.

**Education**
- Bachelor’s degree.
