Deine Skills:

- Du hast mindestens 5 Jahre Redaktions
- /Realisationserfahrung oder hast bereits als (Executive) Producer gearbeitet
- Du hast ein sicheres und verbindliches Auftreten sowie Führungskompetenz
- Du hast ein Gespür für Menschen und liebst es, spannende Storys zu erzählen
- Du verfügst über ein hohes Maß an Kreativität und bist ein Organisationstalent
- Du bist kommunikationsstark und teamfähig
- Dich zeichnet eine eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise aus
- Du hast eine sehr gute Ausdrucksfähigkeit in Wort und Schrift

- Inhaltliche Verantwortung deiner Sendung(en)
- Konzeption, Bearbeitung und Umsetzung von Fernsehformaten
- Führung eines Redaktionsteams
- Schnitt

- Du kümmerst dich um die Positionierung von laufender und neuer Formate
- Senderkommunikation
- Kreatives Denken und Handeln
