**Synopsis**

EF High School Exchange Year is seeking an outgoing, detail-oriented and motivated individual with a passion for international understanding and cultural exchange. As part of our team you will play an integral role in enhancing our program quality to deliver the experience of a lifetime to our students.

**The role**

In addition to vetting the applicants, the International Admissions Coordinator will be admitting students on our programs while ensuring realistic program expectations, thorough preparation and providing a great experience for our students. In this dynamic, multi-cultural role, you act as the liaison between our European sales offices and our US, UK, and Ireland based production offices, as well as maintaining the face of the admissions process for our customers.

**About You**

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree
- Must have fluency in Spanish as well as proficient in English (C1-level). Other languages are a plus.
- Strong sense of organization and attention to detail
- Problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Must be flexible and able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Clear and effective communication skills - working as a liaise between sales and production
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience traveling or living abroad is a plus.
- Enjoy a FUN and dynamic international working environment in the ever-growing international city of Berlin
