**Job Highlights**:

- Leading the Business Line Consumer Solutions of our Business Unit Material Protection Products (MPP) with global responsibility and wide range of product portfolio serving solutions for food & beverage, disinfection and hygiene markets
- Development and implementation of the global Business Line strategy to ensure competitiveness, profitability, continuous cost management taking into account various stages in product lifecycle
- Providing effective leadership in matrix organization (selection, development, goal setting, performance review etc.)
- Supporting the strategic and operational business development of the BU MPP as part of the BU management team as well as through services/support to the other Business Line
- Globally controlling volumes, inventories, prices, margins, capacity utilization and availability of raw materials, controlling and ensuring compliance (e.g. HSE) for all activities within the Business Line
- Business Line responsibility covers a wide range of functions globally (Marketing, Sales, Application and Product Development, Regulatory Affairs) and BL Head has full responsibility for the KPIs of his/her Business Line

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Economics/Business Administration preferably MBA
- Several years of professional experience in commercial roles preferably in dynamic corporate companies and in biocide/pharmaceutical industry
- Deliver measurable value and profitable growth and make use of deep commercial understanding in core areas like pricing (value based), customer segmentation, channel management & data/analytics
- Proven track record in leading business transformations within biocide/pharmaceutical industry with focus on international strategy, driving innovation, strategic restructuring and regulatory compliance
- High level of leadership and project management experience combined with strong entrepreneurial spirit
- International (work) experience / intercultural know-how
- High degree of strategic thinking and creativity - e.g. with regard to business model evaluation and digitalization
