Für unsere Schüleraustausch-Abteilung suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt in Vollzeit eine: n Director High School Programs (m/w/d). Als Teil unseres dynamischen Teams bist du als Abteilungsleitung für das gesamte High School Team verantwortlich. Dieses besteht aktuell aus 7 Personen aufgeteilt in Sales und Operations.

**Tätigkeiten**:

- Leitung, Motivation und Entwicklung des High School Teams zur Erreichung und Überschreitung der Vertriebsziele
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung der Verkaufsstrategie für die Rekrutierung von Teilnehmer: innen in Deutschland mit voller Ergebnisverantwortung
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Marketingabteilung bei der Festlegung von Marketingstrategie und -budget
- Benchmarking und Überwachung der Vertriebsleistung, Bericht über wichtige Kennzahlen
- Neben der Sicherstellung der täglichen Arbeitsabläufe entwickelst du neue Prozesse und Verfahren zur Effizienzsteigerung
- Entwicklung von kundenorientierten Verbesserungen und USPs
- Volle Verantwortung für die Finanzergebnisse
- Aufstellung des jährlichen Budgets und quartalsmäßige Anpassungen
- Preisberechnung und Preisgestaltung.
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Partnern im Ausland, um die Programme und Produkte weiter zu entwickeln
- Evaluierung und Entwicklung weiterer Programme/Zielländer

**Du bist bestens für die Rolle geeignet, wenn du**:

- eine außergewöhnliche Vertriebspersönlichkeit bist, die kreativ, gut strukturiert und organisiert ist. Du denkst und suchst nach Skalierbarkeit und verlässt dich auf Daten, um Entscheidungen zu treffen
- selbstständig arbeitest, unternehmerisch denkst und sehr zielorientiert bist
- darin aufgehst, das Team zu motivieren und zu leiten

**Qualifikationen**:

- Bachelor-Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaft erforderlich; Master bevorzugt
- Mehr als 5 Jahre Vertriebserfahrung und Leitung eines Vertriebsteams
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, die Sie auf verschiedenen Ebenen professionell einsetzen
- Als Teamplayer treiben Sie Prozesse voran und arbeiten gerne in einem kleinen Team weiter
