Together we are on an exciting growth journey and want to successfully shape the future of STADA.- **Director Competitive Insights (f/m/d)** - Bad Vilbel | Germany (DE) | Full-time | Permanent**What you can expect**: - You identify, assess and monitor competitor's assets in order to enable teams within organization and senior management to understand the evolutions of the external environment & proactively manage competitive threats & opportunities - You are responsible for the systematic observation of competitors in our areas of interest: their moves, market introductions or withdrawals; maintaining curated and updated content. Both with a global and regional/national perspective - You provide and report pertinent curated content in appropriate reports and continuous advisory tailored to audiences from Board to Commercial teams, in a regular manner - You liaison with other groups across the organization to foster cross-functional initiatives and best CI practices sharing - You continuously enhance CI capabilities through cross-functional projects, CI practice promotion and technical innovation - You use all legal, compliant, accessible means, conforming to STADA’s guidelines and values, to collect the competitive content - You interact with the Portfolio Management team, R&D leadership, Investor Relations and other groups requiring input on competitor intelligence - You create insights for leadership, e.g. through strategy workshops, on how STADA stacks up against our peers on a wide variety of metrics and dimensions and provide personal insight into potential implications - You work with colleagues to communicate the existence and responsibilities of the Competitor Insights function, including the understanding of key stakeholder needs and establishing a schedule for delivery of regular and ad hoc competitor analyses - You proactively provide analytics and insights that provide context to senior leaders and the Strategy and Portfolio Management function as well as others within the business as needed - You are responsible for developing, maintaining and communicating a comprehensive and accessible overview of the strategic direction of major competitors - You lead cross-functional teams that enable timely information and awareness on new emerging trends (disease areas and technologies) that are strategically relevant for STADA - You work closely with the CI and Analytics team, as well as interact with global stakeholders across the business and external agency partners to develop and report on insights from primary and secondary research. You will play a part in helping to shape the company’s drug development programs through understanding the oncology landscape **Who we are looking for**: - You hold a degree in Life Sciences (e.g. medicine, pharmacy, biology) or business - You bring proven knowledge of processes, methods, and sources as they relate to competitive intelligence - You have long term professional experience in pharmaceutical competitive intelligence particularly in consumer health care and/or generics - You have a sound external knowledge of Pharma and Consumer Health Care industry, scientific and competitor trends in major markets is critical - Your knowledge of biosimilars (especially within generics) would be useful - You have a good understanding of drug development process, including approval & reimbursement - You bring a strong business acumen, big picture mentality, including a deep understanding of the healthcare trends and competitor landscape **What we offer**: - An open corporate culture with fast decision-making processes and a lot of potential for your personal development - Individual development and training opportunities - Flexible working hours and mobile working up to 2 days per week (depending on the job profile) - Job ticket for the RMV region and Job Bike - Childcare allowance - Health-promoting offers such as Wellpass or the STADA Gym (free of charge) - Numerous additional benefits such as "future payment", group accident insurance, supplementary pension scheme, and chemical industry pension fund - And much more...- Would you like to find out more about our STADA values?
