Are you able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires? We are hiring an experienced **Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist EMEA** to join syncreon and oversee our full recruitment cycle. Your goal is to build thoughtful hiring strategies to fill current positions and build a strong talent pipeline for our company’s current and future hiring needs.

**About the Role**:
**How you will contribute**
- Translate strategy towards operational actions and be the sparring partner during the operational recruitment process.
- Manage relations with external recruitment agencies and sourcing suppliers (job boards) and negotiate terms and conditions.
- Participate in Global Talent Acquisition projects, e.g. employer branding activities.

**Your Key Qualifications**:

- BSc in Human Resources or equivalent;
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in international end-to-end recruitment cycle in the Technology area. Preferably in the Netherlands, Germany, UK and/or Eastern European countries;
- Experience in international sourcing techniques on platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
- Proven track record of international recruitment in a high volume, fast paced corporate environment;
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and stakeholders across all levels simultaneously;
- Able to provide first class internal customer service with high energy and detail oriented;
- Experience with using an ATS system, preferable SAP SuccessFactors.
