Your missionFinancial Analysis and ReportingConduct in-depth financial analyses to assess performance, identify trends, and guide key decision-makingDevelop and maintain financial reports and dashboards, providing timely and accurate insights to senior managementSeamless interaction with the Headquarters’ Controlling and Finance teams, ensuring alignment with the needs of the EMEA President and supporting pricing, KPIs, and other strategic metricsFinancial Planning and Budgeting in Alignment with HQ requirementsLead the financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes for the EMEA sales entitiesCollaborate with operational commercial teams and support functions (e.g. Product Management) to set and manage ambitious but realistic financial targetsCost Management and ControllingOversee cost management processes, identifying opportunities to optimize and control expensesAct as a partner to operational leaders to achieve financial goals through effective cost management strategiesProcess Management and EfficiencyIdentify, propose, and lead initiatives to improve financial processes, harmonize reporting, and drive efficienciesLeverage automation and digital tools to enhance reporting accuracy and timelinessComplianceEnsure compliance and transparency in (financial) reportingYour profileBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business; advanced degree or professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CMA) preferredA few years of relevant experience in international controlling and financial leadership in matrixed, B2B or industrial environmentsStrong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cost management across multiple countries or regionsProven track record as a strategic business partner to senior leadership, translating financial insights into actionable decisionsSkilled in process improvement, reporting harmonization, and leveraging digital tools to drive efficiencyExcellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to operate effectively across cultures and functionsFluency in English; additional European languages are a plusWhy us?With a 25% employer subsidy, Silesia provides above-average support for company pension plans.
