3+ years of experience in a Legal Assistant role or in an administrative/project management capacity - Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel and general comfort with learning new programs and software - Good written and oral communication skills in English
Job summary
We are looking for a Legal Assistant to support Amazon's EU Privacy Legal Team. You will be an integral part to the EU legal team, but also the broader group of Legal Professionals in Europe and beyond. Your role will require you to work effectively with colleagues in Legal and in tech and compliance organizations, as well as Customer Service. This role connects to many other teams across the Amazon group and provides for an interesting and varied spectrum of tasks.
This position can be based in Luxembourg, Munich, Paris or Milan.
Key job responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
- invoice management with external law firms and budget oversight,
- administration of mailboxes and ensuring that regulatory or customer matters are picked up and responded to in a timely manner by EU legal team colleagues,
- facilitation of the signature process for third party contractual relationships, including data transfer agreements with internal and external parties as well as NDAs,
- developing internal processes to track transactions from beginning to end,
- coordinating with business clients and legal teams.
