We have the very rare opportunity to select an **Owner Representative and COO** for an Asian based powerhouse hotel group.

You will be the integral part of overseeing your own properties, under management agreement entities, general hospitality services and engage with some of the biggest hotel names in the world.

So we are seeking an A1 operator who had prior experience on the same levels, and can follow through strict road maps to achieve the desired outcomes.

**About you, skills and outcomes**:
Planning, strategies, road maps and reaching the desired outcomes

Due diligence on teams, operations, new assets, acquisitions

Visionabel, can share success

Tough but fair, strong lead and motivator

Oversees company growth and probabilities

Building a positive environment and work culture

Representing company with worldwide hotel operators

Securing the best management teams to complement a very large organisation

**Experience**:

- General Hotel Manager: 10 years (required)
- VP, CEO or COO: 6 years (required)
