We are currently looking for a Head of Content & Design at Sonova Digital to join the team within the Marketing organization that is focused on lead generation. This role reports to the Regional Director Europe. You will be part of a fast-growing and entrepreneurial start-up within a larger corporate structure where you will have the opportunity to have a major impact on our ambitious growth path.

As Head of Content & Design at Sonova Digital, you will be responsible for creating excellent content that drives business results.

**Tasks**
- Shape our Content Marketing strategy for performance marketing channels like Social, Google, Native and others. Focus on growing our acquisition efforts for our various brands by forging different content angles and hooks for different platforms.
- Bring our Design capabilities and working methodologies to the next level. Streamline the interplay of Design and Content through your own earlier experience in both spheres.
- Work closely with the Conversion Rate Optimisation and Performance Marketing teams on improving the UI/UX of our Landing Pages - as a pivotal factor to drive commercial results.
- Lead and inspire a team of 7+ Content marketers and Designers to help develop individual strategies in the countries that Sonova Berlin works for
- Ensure a data driven approach for the domains Design and Content to develop value adding projects and ideas
- Influence how we approach projects, conduct workshops, do brand and interface design. Improve our design tooling to ensure the design team is as effective, efficient and calm as it can be.
- Intensive market, user, and competitor research for each country we are active in and will expand into. Building a strong understanding of local brand, positioning, and performance-oriented content will be crucial to profitable operations
- Development of country specific Content and Design Roadmaps, the ability to handle different brand and design guidelines while carving out the best content and creating a design and content vision for the company

**Requirements**:

- Marketing degree (Master preferred)
- German native speakers preferred
- A minimum of 6+ years of operational experience: 4-7 years of experience in a creative writing role, 2-3 years leading a broad content creation/delivery/strategy effort alongside Designers and Content Design, preferably servicing many channels/countries
- Experience of 3+ years as a Team Lead
- Used to create based on and perform against business KPI’s and metrics. Strong plus if you have Agency or client work experience
- Experience as a Designer or leading Design Teams crucial to the role
- Strong UI/UX skills
- Experience with Content Management Systems such as Contentful or Unbounce.
- You have excellent communication and people skills; you are a team player and its fun working with you. Your team looks up to you as a natural leader.
