We are looking for a strong, strategic leader to join our global team as **Vice President - Market Segment Turbomachinery (f/m/d)**. In this role, you will shape and drive our turbomachinery segment, ensuring sustainable growth and long-term competitiveness. You support our team as Vice President Global Market Segment Turbomachinery (f/m/d) **Responsibilities**: - ** Strategic Leadership**: You define and implement the global strategy for our turbomachinery segment, ensuring alignment with company goals. - ** Market Development**: You identify new business opportunities, foster customer relationships, and expand market share worldwide. - Customer focus: You partner with global key accounts, anticipate customer needs, and translate them into value-adding solutions. - ** Product Management**: You drive innovation, product development, and portfolio management in close collaboration with R&D and Operations. - ** Team Leadership**: You lead, develop, and inspire a global team, creating a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence. - ** Financial Responsibility**: You manage budgets, deliver on growth and profitability targets, and ensure efficient resource allocation. **Qualifications**: - Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; MBA a plus. - Extensive international leadership experience in a relevant B2B environment, ideally in turbomachinery, power generation, or related industries. - Proven track record in market development, key account management, and strategic business growth. - Strong intercultural competence and experience working in a global matrix organization. - High level of customer orientation, entrepreneurial drive, and strategic thinking. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills, and negotiable in English.
