You start to glow when taking over the lead and have a consultative approach - Taking over responsibility and shaping the future of Product Managers at DPM - guiding them professionally and disciplinary as Team Lead - Actively contribute to the further development of our Product Management team - Working on key projects across industries and skills to develop clear, valuable and delightful solutions to our clients - Keeping up to date with the latest developments, trends and thinking - in Product Management and beyond - and sharing your knowledge and thoughts with colleagues and clients alike - may that be in a meeting or on stage at a conference - Knowing the details of how to implement digital solutions, from initial requirements to concept and development - Feeling comfortable to work closely together with an interdisciplinary team (UXD, Service Design, Tech etc.) to deliver great results **Your Value-Add**: - 7+ years of experience with a focus on product management in an agile & digital environment - English language skills (german additionally would be wonderful but is not mandatory) - Ambassador of state of the art Product Management - supporting our clients to take decisions - Proven track record of leading a team and developing colleagues in your previous job - You want to take over responsibility and bring your projects and team to great results - Sharing your knowledge and ideas is part of you DNA - You are a true communicator who works confidently with clients and colleagues at all levels - An attitude of "I'm here to help" and a strong believe that together we are better - You love what you do **Why we are the right place for you**: **Because this is where your vision for a sustainable future finds a home.
