**Your mission**: - Manage the Information Security process and working on all related tasks - Ensure alignment with Legal and compliance on information & data security - Orchestrate weekly IT Security team meetings and deal with requests from different stakeholders (Development, Account Management, Office IT, etc) - Coordinate the creation of security concepts and other sub-concepts and system security policies as well as issuing additional policies and rules for information security - Examining security issues and incidents, evaluate their urgency and impact and manage mitigation actions - Manage the ISO 27001 certification and follow-up actions such as audits and follow-ups - Coordinate projects related to security with Development, DevOps and Office IT - Manage "SIEM Team" forensic activities and incident handling and involve different stakeholders up to leadership level - Review small and large implementation projects and ensure security aspects are considered - Initiating and coordinating training and documentation measures on information security **Your profile**: - Degree in computer science, engineering or business engineering, IT training or equivalent qualification - Proven ability in evaluating security issues and managing their priority to being resolved - Broad general knowledge in technologies and their implementation within small and medium enterprises - Strong ability to communicate with different stakeholders - Proficiency in German & English - CISSP certification (or similar) is a plus **We offer**: - A unique opportunity combining the energy of a start-up with the power of MW, bp & Mercedes Benz Mobility - Working on products & services with a high social impact - An international team of talented people who love what they do and live a collaborative spirit - An open minded culture with room for growth and the freedom to bring in own ideas - Subsidized gym membership, a personal development budget for your professional growth, monthly mobility budget, offsite/ team events & much more - Modern, sunny offices in Berlin & Munich and of course the classics: delicious coffee & tea, fresh fruits and an office dog friendly environment At DCS we acknowledge the value of diversity, promote equality and challenge unfair discrimination.
