**What you'll do**
- **Drive our student recruiting** by taking over the process step by step
- **Research** on what job boards, meet-ups or talent communities are valuable for our talents to start **building** a long-term **relationship**:

- **Review** and **update** job advertisements and position descriptions
- **Support** for establishment of **AutoScout24 career paths, talent & leadership development programs** and **employee development programs** (mentoring, coaching, feedback processes, learning platform..)
- **Coordinate** AutoScout24 health program (mental health, physical health, sleep, nutrition)
- Support for **Change Management initiatives** + Integration processes
- **Research** development topics and current trends on the markets

**What you should bring**
- Love for **data**, tech companies and digital products
- **Ongoing** **studies** of business administration, human resources, psychology or other relevant studies
- High degree of **independence**, **structured** way of thinking and a bias for action
- High level of **reliability** and **commitment**:

- Business fluent **German **and **English **are required
- Tools must-have**:MS Office**, **Office 365**:

- Tools nice-to-have: Workday, **Greenhouse**
