**About the team** Trade Finance and Lending Operations is responsible for handling foreign trade services. We are "Best Trade Finance Service Provider 2020" (Euromoney) as well as number 1 in Germany, Asia Pacific, USA and 7 other countries. Our aim is to maintain and expand this outstanding position. A Center of Excellence for the globally active Corporate Bank is being created at the Campus Berlin location, with the purpose of bundling competencies and processes in a common cultural self-image. **Your tasks** - Transaction processing and Key partner for our internal customers regarding the processing of trade finance flow, guarantees as well as lending & cash management products at Center of Excellence - Support solution-oriented discussions with Relationship Managers and internal specialist departments such as compliance and ensuring and, if necessary, escalating transaction monitoring on the affected transaction - Understanding of client needs to ensure high-quality services for Trade Finance Flow, Guarantees and Lending & Cash Management - Application of relevant policies and regulations (KOP/KOD) and compliance with all non-financial risk controls, including reconciliation and escalation processes and identification of improvement opportunities in current and future transaction processing - Standardized recording of data and execution of the required bookings in the relevant booking systems as well as quality check and error correction for transactions **Your skills and experience** - Apprenticeship in banking or equivalent qualification - First experience in lending operations and trade finance - Openness towards new challenges, assertiveness and impressive commitment, ability to work under pressure as well as the skill to take on new topics and to accompany different challenges in parallel with appropriate prioritization - Independent and structured work in cross-functional, intercultural teams across hierarchies, regions and time zones - Fluent oral and written communication skills in English and Portuguese What we will offer you: Please note that this may vary slightly from location to location.
