**Your Role**
- Partner with banks and institutional investors to strengthen and grow strategic relationships
- Drive the distribution of CRX Markets’ full product offering across the marketplace
- Support in structuring existing working capital solutions and designing new, innovative financing products
- Ensure seamless and continuous funding across all customer programs
- Oversee contract negotiations and management for both client and partner relationships
- Support corporate sales efforts to enterprise clients
- Work closely with the Product Development, Legal, and Operations departments
- Manage and administer SPVs from a Capital Markets perspective

**Your Profile**
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or a related field
- First professional experience in a client-facing role within a financial service environment is a plus
- Proactive, self-driven, and customer-oriented, with a strong team spirit
- Knowledge of structuring, trade finance, or capital markets is desirable
- Excellent MS Office skills; familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and analytics platforms (e.g., LSEG, Bloomberg, Power BI) is an advantage
- Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus
