**Your responsibilities**:
The FX Spot and NDF Specialist will be responsible for promoting our streaming Spot and NDF businesses to existing and prospective 360T and 360TGTX clients.
The role will be to drive new Sales and to work with existing Accounts to increase wallet and market share. The role will include direct Sales, support the existing Sales business in client pitches, working alongside the Liquidity Management team to understand client needs.
It will also be expect that the individual will have a technical understanding of the platform, the broader ECN space and an interest in current industry trends in this area.
The role will involve internal and external client consultation as well as internal communication across all time zones.
Product knowledge and demonstration capability
- Be able to control and drive a client pitch to a new prospect or promote a new area of the product to an existing client.
- Provide support to the EMEA Sales team in positioning the anonymous Spot and Streaming NDF products to their clients
- Comfort in demonstrating to clients our Supersonic 2.0 GUI, an understanding of the different APIs and an ability to select the best product for the client based upon feedback

Sales and Pipeline monitoring
- Provide monthly reporting to Senior Management, highlighting Sales progress, Pipeline issues and highlighting business risks in EMEA
- Must be able to communicate clearly and confidently with Sales across the region to gather the required information

Business Development / Strategy
- Manage relationships with 3rd party aggregator providers and liquidity pools/venues
- Liaise with and act as a resource for the local and global Liquidity Sales and Liquidity Management teams
- Work closely with the global sales force to maximize our global customer relationships and cooperate as a member of a team in global sales opportunities
- Maintain relationships with key clients and pro-actively work with them to maximize client revenue potential
- Provide input to 360T’s sales / product strategy and tactics

Budget
- Individual will be targeted on overall growth of EMEA Sales ECN Spot and SNDF business
- Manage existing client base and ECN revenue stream
- Identify new commercial and strategic revenue generating opportunities

**Your profile**:

- Professional with at least 3 years of FX Spot or Electronic Platform exposure
- Structured and organised approach to Business MIS
- Confident demonstration skills
- Reliable and capable of consolidating customer loyalty and performance through constant advisory and identification of requirement
- Problem solving skills and ability to work under time pressure
- Strategic/creative thinking and analytical
- Excellent listening, writing, presentation and communication skills
- Credible, persuasive, well-presented with excellent communication, presentation and execution skills
- Self-starter, prepared to initiate necessary relationships, processes and planning
- Service and detail-oriented
- Product launch / implementation experience
- Confident and motivated team player and individual contributor
- The ability to lead through influence and impact
