**Responsibilities**:

- You create engaging, on-brand video content for different brands and marketing channels
- Create ideas and storyboards together with our team of copywriters and designers
- Create rich 2D animations in After Effects
- Research independently the latest motion design & social media trends
- Edit UGC-style (User generated content) videos to fit perfectly into the native Instagram/TikTok style and produce adaptations
- Do light compositing tasks for video material (for example color correction, 2d tracking, screen insert)
- Occasionally, you also create outstanding static graphic design assets

**Requirements**:

- 3+ Years of Experience as a Motion Designer
- Outstanding portfolio that demonstrates your variety of motion design and editing skills
- Strong film-making skills with experience in storytelling, conceptual thinking, editing, animation, typography and 2D/3D motion graphics
- Detail-oriented designer with high quality standards and a sharp eye for QA
- Open-minded personality that is able to work independently and brings a flexible and proactive mindset to the table
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experienced in working on performance marketing projects
- Proficient user with high knowledge of Adobe After Effects & Premiere
- High affinity for social media advertising and interested in content creation
- Experienced in collaboration with copywriters
- Good sense for aesthetics and trends
- You will be creating mostly 2D animations, but 3D skills (Cinema 4D/Redshift) are a plus
- Experience with animating and illustrating 2D characters are a big plus as well
- Being fluent in german is a plus
