**Job Description**:
- You will join and lead an experienced device SW development team at ETAS working on Vehicle Management Solutions for automotive customers
- With your international team you will contribute to a customer project organization for developing device SW solutions as part of End to End Vehicle Management solutions
- You will be responsible for development and integration for embedded SW components on automotive SW platforms (Connectivity Control Units)
- You will develop SW features in close cooperation with other development teams, product management and customers
- Additionally, you will provide vision and direction to the agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project
- Furthermore, you will align your development planning and team results with internal and external customers as well as requirements with other development teams
- Shaping your team, your product and managing your product development backlog according to customer requirements, roadmap and project schedule will also be part of your work
- You will assess the development results of the team and SW developers and support with active help and feedback
- You will identify implementation risks and implement mitigation strategies
**Qualifications**:
- You have a degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology, communication technology or similar
- You have more than 5 years prof. experience in embedded SW development and team management experience as SW project leader, product owner or similar
- You have a broad overview of embedded SW technologies and experience in development of device SW product solutions
- And you have basic Experience with SW integration & testing methods as well as state-of-the-art development tools and processes
- You have the willingness and ability to work closely with customers and external partners in international and distributed development team
- You are able to motivate, guide and empower a team and to manage complex and distributed development tasks
- You have a communicative, cooperative and integrative working behavior
- You have good English skills both written and spoken
