Advanced Driver Information Technology GmbH (ADIT) is a joint venture of Robert Bosch GmbH (RB) and Japanese DENSO Corporation that was established in 2003 with the purpose of developing base software for in-vehicle infotainment systems. During recent years we have expanded our portfolio to include also base software for autonomous driving functions and development activities for the AUTOSAR Adaptive platform. ADIT also operates offices in Germany, India, Japan, and Vietnam.

**The technical team-lead of the ADIT tooling team**:
Our tooling team is responsible for the Software development tools which are used in ADIT
and also in collaboration with our customers. This tooling-landscape will be continuously
enhanced. We are making use of Jira, Confluence, Gitlab, etc. and we are developing,
wherever necessary, our own tools.
All our tools will be used either in our cloud environment or in our internal IT-Infrastructure.
For this reason also the collaboration with the cloud-team is part of your responsibilities

**Your Job**:

- You are jointly responsible for the ADIT tooling strategy focusing on SaaS, user-access
management and software development tools
- Your team extends, enhances and optimizes the existing tooling-landscape. This includes the
evaluation and assessment of new tools
- You will align the content and milestones of the tooling work-packages with ADIT
management and the project-leads. And you and your team will then implement these work-packages and you will track and report the progress
- To manage the maintenance and support of the existing tools, the user-management and
also the user-support are part of your tasks
- Alignment with suppliers for tools and cloud-services

**Your Qualifications**:

- You are strategical planner, open for new topics, team-player, work in a structured and
focused manner and are willing to take over responsibility
- You have experience in leading an agile team according to Scrum-methodology in the SAFe
context (Scaled Agile Framework)
- Several years of experience in using automotive software development processes (e.g.
ASPICE)
- You successfully collaborated with developers and suppliers in an international environment
- Several years of hands-on experience in tool-development or DevOps with Debian or RedHat
Linux distributions and also in a Windows based environment. This was preferably in the area
of embedded systems or automotive with modern programming languages (e.g. C++, Python, Java/Groovy)
- Good to excellent degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a similar
qualification
- Very good communication skills in English language
- Self-contained and target-oriented working-style
