Solution Architect

**What you will do**:
You will:

- Take ownership of the architectures of the B2C CLS organization's software products.
- Provide technical leadership and coordinate the necessary strategical decisions to establish a culture of architecture that allows for iterative, autonomous development and future scaling.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and developers, to define technical requirements and advance the architectural design process.
- Support and guide all phases of the product development life cycle, including discovery, development & sustainment across multiple teams.
- Effectively handle risk, change, and uncertainty across several teams and decide and act responsible across teams without having the total picture.
- Collaborate with business executives to understand mid
- and long-term business strategies and issues.
- Collaborate and cooperate with departments outside B2C and within the whole WSA SW organization.
- Coach and advise all levels of software engineers as a servant mentor.

**What you bring**:
**Your Experience**:

- Master's degree in computer science or related field and 8+ years of hands-on technical experience.
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect with a focus on mobile apps (iOS & Android), cloud solutions, and a modern architecture approach.
- Expertise with modern, user centric product development approaches.
- 5+ years programming experience in a high-level language like Kotlin, Swift or Java.
- Proven experience in working within large setups that include multi-disciplinary teams (hardware and software) across two time zones.
- Proficiency in English.
- Experience in software development under regulatory compliance will be considered a plus.
