Have you already gained first practical experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance or Consulting and want to get deeper insights into amultinational company? Then this internship is a great opportunity for you

As an intern in the Infineon M&A department, you will be afull-fledged member of our team and gain first-hand experience working on deals. You will learn about the M&A process from initiation to closing. The tasks and responsibilities you receive will depend on your performance and could be to:

- **Take responsibility**: Support the project management of transactions
- **Convince with words**: Create a presentation for key decision-makers within Infineon
- **Keep the holistic overview**: Provide market and industry studies as well as competitive analysis
- **Focus on the future**: Research potential acquisition targets

**Your Profile**
- **Study field**: You have passed your undergraduate studies (Bachelor) with excellent results in the field of business administration, economics, natural sciences, industrial engineering and business or business informatics
- **Experience**: You have already gained relevant work experience from previous internships, preferably in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance or Consulting
- **Skills**: You bring very good Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel and Power Point)
- **Personality**: You are a team player possessing know-how of M&A and project management
- **Way of working**: You are comfortable and competent with complex analyses and project management tasks, which you complete independently
- **Interests**: You are enthusiastic, show entrepreneurial spirit and strong interpersonal skills
- **Language skills**: You have a good command of both German and English
- The minimum duration of the internship is three months, preferably 4 to 6 months. _

- Excerpt of the study regulations for the mandatory internship (if applicable)
- Latest grades transcript (not older than 6 months)High school report
