Internship - Mergers & Acquisitions (F/m/div)

Have you already gained first practical experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance or Consulting and want to get deeper insights into a multinational company? As an intern in the Infineon M&A department, you will be a full-fledged member of our team and gain first-hand experience working on deals. You will learn about the M&A process from initiation to closing. The tasks and responsibilities you receive will depend on your performance.

Your future tasks will be:

- **Experience project management**: Own and drive project management of your work package as well as other transactions
- **Take responsibility**: Create presentations for key decision-makers within Infineon and discuss project results on eye-level with business unit leaders
- **Ex**pand your horizon**s: Provide market and industry studies as well as competitive analysis and research potential acquisition targets

**Your Profile**
- **Study field**: You currently studying Business administration, Economics, Natural sciences, Industrial engineering and Business/Business informatics and have excellent grades
- **Experience**: You already gained relevant work experience from previous internships, preferably in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance or Consulting
- **Skills**: You are comfortable and competent with complex analyses and project management tasks, which you complete independently
- **Personality**: You are a team player possessing know-how of Mergers & Acquisition and project management
- **Language skills**: You have fluent English skills. German is a plus
- CV in English
- Certificate of enrollment at university
- Excerpt of the study regulations for the mandatory internship (if applicable)
- Latest grades transcript (not older than 6 months)High school report
