Deine Aufgaben
- Die transformationale Mitarbeiterführung gehört ebenso zu Deinem Aufgabenbereich wie die administrative und organisatorische Verantwortung.
- Du verantwortest die strategische und operative Weiterentwicklung des Recruitings in Zusammenarbeit mit der Bereichsleitung.
- Du identifizierst Optimierungspotentiale und initiierst Veränderungsprozesse.
- Du engagierst dich bei innovativen HR-Projekten und legst den Fokus auf zukunftsorientierte Recruitingmethoden.

Dein Profil
- Du verfügst über langjährige Erfahrung im Recruiting und eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Du hast bereits ein großes Prozessverständnis erworben und kannst Prioritäten setzen.
- Du bist kommunikationsstark und verstehst Dich als lösungsorientierter Business Partner der Organisation.
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Führung und Weiterentwicklung von Teams, bzw. bringst die Bereitschaft mit, diese Erfahrung zu entwickeln.
