Über die Position

Bridgemaker ist ein Company Builder aus Berlin mit Fokus auf B2B Tech Venture Building. Wir arbeiten mit außergewöhnlichen Unternehmen, deren Ideen die Zukunft gestalten werden. Gemeinsam mit unseren Partnern - Weltmarktführern und großen Konzernen aus verschiedenen Branchen - bauen wir die Unternehmen von morgen.

**Für unseren Partner suchen wir eine**: n Chief Executive Officer (m/w/d) am Standort München.

Als CEO (m/w/d) hast du die Möglichkeit das bestehende Venture, welches bereits mehrere Millionen geraised hat, weiter zu skalieren und die nächste Funding Runde zu begleiten. Du entwickelst zudem die Unternehmens
- und Produktstrategie weiter, um das Venture so auf ein neues Level zu bringen.

Das bringst Du mit
- Du bringst mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer Führungsrolle mit, idealerweise in einem Corporate Start-up, oder in einem VC-backed B2C Startup, Company Builder oder Strategie-/Innovationsberatung
- Du bringst Erfahrungen im B2C E-Commerce mit und hast bereits mehrere Unternehmen skaliert
- Datengetrieben zu arbeiten, ist für dich selbstverständlich
- Du hast bereits erfolgreich eine Plattformlösung aufgebaut
- Als Serial Entrepreneur hast du bereits erfolgreich Funding Runden geleitet
- Du sprichst Deutsch auf Muttersprachler-Niveau, sowie Englisch auf verhandlungssicherem Niveau

Aufgabenbereich
- Du verantwortest aktiv das Venture Development und hast die Möglichkeit die Unternehmens
- sowie Produktstrategie zu steuern
- Du bist Hauptansprechpartner: in im Hinblick auf Finanzen & Controlling und pflegst die Kommunikation mit den Investoren
- Du verstehst das Unternehmen richtig zu positionen, indem du die Kommunikations
- und Vertriebsstrategie weiterentwickelst
- Du bist kommunikativ und offen, sodass du das bestehende Partnernetzwerk weiter ausbaust
