**Skills you’ll need**
- Some previous experience in a customer support/service/experience role
- Fluent English skills - verbal and written and good German skills would be highly beneficial.
- Problem solving abilities
- Customer first mindset
**Even better if you**
- Have an interest in photography or videography (is highly beneficial).
- Have French skills - verbal and written
