**Then come and join our global team as**a Working Student (f/m/d) to support us in the area of communication and marketing.**

**Choose the best place for your work**- Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

**Your tasks and responsibilities**:

- You will be involved in the further development and maintenance of a structured plan for all existing communication channels - including their interrelationships, target groups, etc.
- You support the creation of presentations and the distribution of new content (e.g. videos, internal social media posts, SharePoint pages, newsletters, etc.).
- You support team members in the creation of content (and the associated analysis) for training courses and in participating in global events
- You will regularly check the performance of the content and make adjustments if necessary

**Your qualifications and experience**:

- You are currently studying in a Master's degree in marketing, communication, change management or a related field
- A Bachelor's degree in business administration/finance is an advantage
- You are at least for one year available
- You have a sound knowledge of MS Office, especially SharePoint, Viva Engage or comparable toolsKnowledge of change management methods is a plus

**Your attributes and skills**:

- You are fluent in English, knowledge of German is an advantage
- You have a cooperative way of working and are creative
