We currently look for an experienced Domain Architect for our IT Product Areas Finance and HR, which will help us shape the landscape while we transform our organization.

**Your Tasks**:
**Strategy and Alignment**
- Own and steer all Domain Architecture related topics within Finance and HR
- Develop domain roadmaps, technology, and life-cycle strategies in coordination with the Enterprise Architecture team
- Connect business strategy to the domain architecture to deliver business value through rationalization and saving programs

**Communication and Collaboration**
- Provide leadership, stakeholder advise and education on Domain Architecture directions and goals, roadmaps, reference architectures and standards
- Introduce new and improved methods, products, procedures and technologies

**Architecture Development**
- Monitor external environment and assessment of emerging technologies
- Develop and maintain as-is and target domain architecture
- Keeps our data repository on the LeanIX Platform up to date
- Guide the overall technical design and end-to-end solution design
- Ensure integrational aspects (processes, solutions, data) across product areas and domains

**Your Profile**:
**Business Skills**
- University degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or comparable qualifications
- Experience in Business Process Design, preferably Finance and/or Human Resources
- Several years of experience in working with Enterprise or Domain Architecture
- Ideally with experience in Agile Frameworks (e.g.: SAFe, Scrum, etc.)
- Project Management Skills

**Personal Skills**
- Creative approach to problem-solving with the ability to focus on business value generation
- You take ownership, are a self-starter and think out of the box to achieve results
- Team player with analytical skills, high level of commitment and flexibility
- Excellent oral and written communications skills interacting with both IT and business counterparts
- Fluent in English is a must, German language skills is nice to have
