**Motion & Graphic Designer**

The motion and graphic designer is primarily focused on the DE market and plays a vital role in the creative development process. This role is key to creating and aligning design assets to effectively promote the Podimo brand, its creators' shows and audiobooks. The Motion and Graphic Designer covers the entire design lifecycle, from initial ideation, sketching, and storyboarding, to final execution. This ensures that both static and motion design needs are met for the local market, while also maintaining alignment with global brand standards.

Working under the guidance of the Global Brand & Creative leadership, this role navigates the balance between local creative requirements and a global branding framework. The role ensures a holistic and strong brand for our content-slate, and is integrated into the show development phase. It also demands a nuanced approach to balancing creative innovation with strategic alignment, ensuring that the Podimo brand is promoted effectively and cohesively across all markets

**Areas of Responsibility**
- Developing visual identities for podcasts and promotional materials such as trailers and paid ads, adhering to brand guidelines.
- Designing a variety of promotional assets and, on occasion, directing photography and video content for a wide range of media, including social media, TV, mobile platforms, web animation, and emerging media.
- Assisting local video creators with video
- and brand-related queries and on occasion video editing.
- Design of banners, playlist images, and promotional materials for websites, newsletters, and campaigns, effectively integrating feedback from both local and global teams.
- Providing visual and motion graphics support to other Podimo markets to foster cross-market collaboration and ensure consistency.

**Mandate**
- Providing guidance and direction to local stakeholders on creative design projects.
- Maintaining a balance between brand coherence and the practicality of local design efforts, while consistently representing the brand identity across all listener touchpoints.

**This is you**:
You’re a creative and versatile designer with a passion for crafting distinctive and engaging identities. You have a strong understanding of how to make brands come to life visually across multiple touchpoints - both in real life and digital spaces - in a social-first environment.

You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative setting, working across multiple touchpoints to keep our show brands relevant, standout and engaging, and our branded assets aligned with global standards.
- Minimum of 4 years experience as a designer within media, entertainment or a similar creative industry.
Proven experience developing identities for different audiences and expressions, implemented across multiple channels and touchpoints
- A strong grasp of both still and motion design and how to use these to develop intentional and visually impactful work. Knowledge or experience from photo
- or video productions is a plus.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with Figma or similar collaborative design tools.
Proficiency with industry standard motion design tools, along with a curiosity toward AI design and video tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and business objectives.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams and functions. English proficiency is mandatory.

Naturally, being passionate and knowledgeable about podcasts, audio content, media, and entertainment is a big plus
