Pacifico Energy Partners GmbH is a renewable energy company for wind and solar energy as well as battery and hydrogen technologies. We develop greenfield projects, repower existing plants, provide state-of-the-art asset management services and facilitate the acquisition of operational and turn-key plants.

**Your key accountabilities**
- Initiating, identifying and assessing PV, onshore wind and energy storage development opportunities for the Polish market
- Managing the overall development process from project identification to commercial operation
- Leading contract negotiations, e.g., for acquisition of project rights, securing land rights, development services and advisory services
- Maintaining relationships with stakeholders, including local developers, landowners, authorities, grid operator, technical and legal advisors
- Facilitating the long-term project development strategy of Pacifico Energy Partners in Poland

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably with an engineering focus (e.g., Renewable Energy, Civil/ Electrical/ Industrial/ Business Engineering, Spatial Planning)
- 1 - 2 years of work experience, ideally in a field of renewable energy development in Poland or similar
- Strong project management skills
- Positive, entrepreneurial and energetic attitude
- Fluency in Polish (preferable native speaker) and English, knowledge of German is a plus
- Passion for the energy transition
